The Cisco 200-355 is the base level certification for those who would like to prove their wireless networking knowledge using Cisco Systems® or related equipment.

What are the prerequisites for the course and the associated exam?
The CCNA Wireless certification, which this course is associated with, requires you to have a valid Cisco CCENT or higher certification. It is also recommended that you have a basic understanding of networking (VLANs, IP addresses, standard subnetting, basic routing) to focus on the wireless aspects of networking without being hindered by concepts that are implied but not explained.
What can I expect from the 200-355 exam?
The exam tests your knowledge of Wi-Fi in general, and specifically of Wi-Fi implementation in Cisco networks. It includes configuration, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting, as well as participation in a site survey. You will need to understand concepts specific to Cisco, like mobility groups, RF groups, RRM, PoP/PoA, MA/MC, etc. Additionally, you should be able to train on at least one of the interfaces (autonomous, AireOS, Meraki, IOS XE)​.
